How should I care for my jewellery to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes and lotions. Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth and store in your L'ERA pouch when not in use.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, every L'ERA piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
