Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully place the jewellery in its original L'ERA presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
